Opening Reception
Monday, April 30
ISPI kicks off the Annual Conference and welcomes attendees with an
informal evening reception. This is your first opportunity to meet with
conference sponsors and mingle with colleagues, while enjoying hors
d'oeuvres and previewing all the exciting conference events.
Closing Banquet
Thursday, May 3
Begin the evening relaxing and socializing with other Closing Banquet
attendees during the pre-reception. Cash bars and hors d'oeuvres are
available. Each year, the banquet is a time to celebrate the
accomplishments of ISPI Award of Excellence recipients, welcome the
newly elected Board of Directors, and spend time with friends and
colleagues. Please note, a separate banquet fee ($65 per person) &
registration is required. See
Registration & Fees.
This
year's dynamic banquet speaker is Allison Rossett, CPT, EdD,
Professor, San Diego State University
Can Allison Figure Out a Way to
Generate Light and Joy without Data, PowerPoint, and Citations?
I asked around. My current and former
students doubted it. A client did too. And one of my colleagues asked if
I ever had before. "Nope," I admitted. Will I figure out the "banquet
speech" without resorting to the usual tools and techniques that have
served me for decades? Come and see what I have to say about high
performance banquet speechifying. Hope to see you there!.
