Marshall as he reviews how to identify key work expertise and

Behavioral Interviewing is an
interviewing technique used by employers that asserts that the most
accurate predictor of future performance is past performance in a
similar situation. This approach will supply a more objective set of
facts to make employment decisions than other interviewing methods. And

session, participants will be able to:

Our Career Center Team
Marshall Brown, a certified career
and executive coach has always had a passion for helping people find
ways to live more fulfilling lives. He found that a personalized, "no
nonsense" approach to coaching was the most efficient and effective way
to get people on a successful life course. As a coach, Marshall helps
individuals to find their passions and encourages them to move ahead in
reaching their goals. His first book, High Level Resumes, reflects his
successful work with hundreds of job candidates. He is a Past Board
President of the DC Chapters of the International Coach Federation and
the Association of Career Professionals, International. Marshall holds a
Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and is
certified by the International Coach Federation, Career Coach Institute

Sharon Armstrong has over 20 years of experience as a Human
Resources consultant, trainer and career counselor. Since launching her
own consulting business in 1998, Sharon Armstrong and Associates, she
has consulted with many large corporations and small businesses. She has
facilitated training, completed HR projects and provided career
transition services for a wide variety of clients in the profit and
non-profit sectors. Sharon received her Bachelor's Degree from the
University of Southern Maine and her Masters Degree in Counseling from
George Washington University. She is a certified Professional in Human
Resources (PHR). Sharon is the co-author of a humor book, published by
Random House. Heeling the Canine Within: The Dog's Self-Help
Companion was published in 1998. Her newest book, Stress-Free
Performance Appraisals - Turn Your Most Painful Management Duty into a
Powerful Motivational Tool was published by Career Press in July
2003. Her next book, The Essential HR Handbook - A Quick and Handy
Guide for Any Manager or HR Professional is due out in Summer 2008.
