Bring A Colleague - Register with a
Colleague for as Little as $450!
Deadline: February 4, 2005
When you register, think of a colleague from your organization, a client organization, your local ISPI chapter, or an acquaintance in the field who may not have experienced a recent ISPI conference. Offer that person an opportunity to save hundreds of dollars while benefiting from the premier educational event in workplace performance improvement. Your thoughtfulness will be appreciated.
If you have not attended an ISPI Annual Conference in the past three years
(2002-2004), then you will want to register with a colleague. Find someone you know, in your company, your local chapter, or an acquaintance in the field who plans to attend, and register together. One of you will register for only

persons whom have not attended an ISPI Annual Conference since 2001.

Group Discounts

Substitutions
Please notify the Conference Department of any substitutions in writing by March
11, 2005. The appropriate rate will be applied to the substitute attendee.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests for Conference registration, workshop registration, and extra event tickets must be submitted in writing and received by ISPI no later than March
11, 2005. A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given to cancellations received by March
11. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after March
12. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
