Organizational Intelligence: What It Is, Why It Is Important, How to Get It Webinar - Recorded June 23, 2011 (4 Hour Program) Purchase the Recorded Program We have an array of training, performance, and HPT models to guide us, but most of us in staff support roles, like HR, lack business models to help see the organization from the perspective of business managers. Based on their new book, Organizational Intelligence, Ken Silber, CPT, PhD, and Lynn Kearny, CPT, will show you how to think and talk about an organization as business managers do. You’ll be introduced to the seven underlying business logics that managers use and the assumptions and metrics that drive management decision-making. Business logics include external, economic, strategic, customer, product/service, process, and internal/learning factors.
Jump start your summer of professional development by joining ISPI and your colleagues in our virtual classroom. Ken and Lynn have prepared an invigorating and timely session to give you the tools necessary to thrive professionally in an ever-changing workplace.
Are you interested in learning to: - Apply at least three of the logics above to your organization or a client’s organization
- Identify specific metrics the business uses to measure its success for at least three of the logics
