| 50 Points | Tells a PI Story |
| | How well your video tells the story of how you implemented performance improvement in the workplace to create measurable results. Entries should give an overview of the challenge, the steps taken to overcome the challenge, and the results of the intervention. Also, the video is between 2-5 minutes in length.

| 35 points | Impact of Storytelling |
| | Points will be awarded based on how entertaining or compelling your video presentation is. Creativity is encouraged! Clarity, conciseness, and originality will be emphasized. Inclusion of compelling imagery will be considered. Basically -- have fun with it!
