PI Success Stories Rules - The contest runs August 1 through December 31; all videos must be submitted by Monday, December 31 to be eligible to win. Participants are encouraged to submit earlier in the contest in order to collect more ratings and comments.
- The video creator will submit a signed waiver along with their video. This signed waiver must be uploaded along with each video submission (see How to Submit Your Video).
- Videos must be informational in nature and can not include promotional language for featured businesses or services. ISPI reserves the right to determine which entries are overly promotional.
- To submit a video, participants must upload their entry to ISPI Collaborate. Be sure to fill out a title and include your name and description so judges will know more about your entry and who should receive credit for the work (see How to Submit Your Video).
- ISPI membership is not required to participate in the ISPI PI Success Stories Video Competition. Participants must create a profile on ISPI Collaborate to upload a video, to participate in any discussions, and to vote.
- Participants are encouraged to discuss, rate, and comment on videos. Ratings and comments are part of scoring rubric.
- A video submission can win both a First 10 award and a Top Five award.
- Participants can submit as many videos as they would like; however, a participant is only eligible to win one First 10 and one Top Video prize. The first video submitted will be considered for the First 10 prize and the highest scoring video will be considered for the Top Video prize.
