Read What Participants Have To Say

I just completed my first Performance Consulting engagement since the Institute. The project was for one of our outsourcing partners who were not meeting any of the metrics agreed to in the SLA and had tremendous turnover (73%). I completed my analysis and presented my recommendations. The report has made it to the top levels of both companies. As a result of implementing the recommendations turnover is already down, and the company is meeting most of its metrics. It was an exciting project. The ISPI program provided me some useful tool and tips that helped! Thank you again! -- Susanne D'Eustachio

The Principles and Practices workshop ranks among the best learning experiences in my career. The faculty combined well researched content, practical tools and engaging facilitation into an experience that not only conveyed the material but had us demonstrate that we could apply it. Real change will occur in your organization if you apply the principles and practices in this workshop. -- Scott Collins, Performance Consultant, American United Life Insurance Company

It's the best [workshop] I've been to in my civilian career. As far as I am concerned, this  is the workshop to attend for anyone trying to get their arms around what performance consulting is all about. What I liked most is that the workshop was long on practical application and short on theory. In other words, not a bunch of gobbledy-gook! The knowledge, experience, and real-world examples [the faculty] provided greatly enhanced the learning experience. Bravo Zulu! -- Debbie Titus, Performance Consultant, WGP Leadership, Learning, & Performance
