Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Personal check, money order, or a valid American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Card or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least two working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Resort Fee

A Resort Services Fee of $10 per room per day will apply to all guest rooms. The Resort Services Fee includes unlimited local call and 800 number calls up to 60 minutes (beyond that time a charge of $.10 per minute will apply), long distance access (credit card and collect calls), high-speed internet access, once-a-day coffee, a weekday morning newspaper for each room, and unlimited admission to the health club facilities.

The Orlando International Airport is just a short 20-minute drive to the hotel. Once on property, guests enjoy complimentary scheduled transportation around the Walt Disney World® Resort. Take a leisurely cruise on Disney's Friendship Launch to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™ or take a Disney shuttle bus to all other areas within Walt Disney World® Resort.
