for Your Professional Development A Cornerstone in Human Performance Technology (HPT) The goal of ISPI is to help you improve individual and organizational performance and enable you to build and maintain a performance-based organization through a systematic, measurable, and reproducible methodology known as Human Performance Technology (HPT). HPT provides you with the means to align your Human Resources, Organizational Development, Quality, or Training Department with the "business" of your organization. Specifically, HPT is a systematic combination of performance analysis, cause analysis, intervention selection and design, intervention implementation and change, and evaluation. HPT is designed to most cost-effectively influence human behavior and accomplishment. HPT can be applied to individuals, small groups, and large organizations.

These interactive learning experiences are limited in size, ensuring that participants receive individual attention from the expert presenter(s).
