Workshop Description
ISPI Charlotte Chapter is pleased to announce February's program entitled “First Things Fast: Analysis as the Basis for Performance Improvement” presented by Allison Rossett, CPT, EdD. Performance analysis, needs assessment, front end analysis, task analysis… So many words. So little time. So little certainty. Here we will boil it down to a few key concepts at the heart of effective planning AND data gathering.
This session is the second in our year-long Certificate Series program.
Overall Objective
Attendees will leave with deeper understanding of:
- Describe the kinds of information to gather during analysis
- Explain why we gather this information and how we use it to plan performance improvement programs
- Discuss implications of technology for analysis, both in purposes and in methods
- Use analysis efforts to frame appropriate training and non-training solution systems, with an emphasis on speed and customer focus
