One of HPTC's purposes is to provide social networking spaces for sharing information around specific topics or work. These spaces are called Groups. Take a moment and look in the Groups area. While you are there, check out the Conference groups. There you will see a variety of teams who have used their spaces for developing conference planning or for managing follow-up with those who wanted to share an on-going dialogue on a conference or workshop topic. Volunteer!
HPTC has volunteer opportunities. Volunteering is mutually beneficial because work gets done to run and manage HPTC and volunteers can expand their network of contacts as they interact with other improvement professionals. In these uncertain economic times it is more important than ever to have as many professional connections as possible. Express your interest in volunteering today! Opportunities include volunteering for the ISPI Spring Conference Planning committee or gaining experience with social networks by helping a conference committee manage their group workspace.
