Payments & Purchase Orders

ISPI accepts the following methods of payment. Contact information is listed below.

Online/Website Payments -- ISPI only accepts credit card payments online. Other payment methods must be made by mail, telephone, fax, email, or onsite.

Pay by Credit Card -- Please provide the following information for credit card payments. Credit card payments are accepted from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

  • Amount in US$ 
  • Card Type & Number 
  • Expiration Date 
  • Name on Card
  • Signature (if submitting print version)

Pay by Check -- You may call to register or complete a registration form. Please indicate your registration fees will be paid by check. Please mail your check to the address below.

Pay by Bank Transfer (Wire/Electronic EFT) -- You may call to register or complete a registration form. Please indicate your registration fees will be wired to ISPI. If registering by telephone, we will provide bank transfer information when you register. Otherwise, we will contact you (by email or telephone) with the bank information after receiving your registration.

Pay by Cash -- Cash payments are accepted onsite only.  A receipt will be provided by the ISPI agent accepting your cash payment.

Purchase Order -- You may call to register or complete a registration form. Please indicate you have a Purchase Order which requires an invoice. An invoice will be emailed to you showing registration confirmation and balance due.

Substitutions

Please notify ISPI of any substitutions in writing by as soon as possible. The appropriate rate will be applied to the substitute attendee.

Cancellations and Refunds

ISPI does not offer refunds for cancellations.* However, ISPI will transfer your registration to a future program date for up to one year from the original program start date. Cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

* Except under limited circumstances for the annual conference. Please see the conference registration and fees section for the upcoming conference for the specific conference policy.
