Payment & Purchase Orders
ISPI accepts Purchase Orders, bank transfers and credit card payments from: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Pay by Credit Card -- Use the on-line registration form to join today and/or register, or use a print copy and mail, fax, email, or call-in your registration.
Pay by Check -- If you would like to pay by check, please complete a registration form (below) and mail your completed form to ISPI.
Pay by Bank Transfer -- You may call to register or you must submit a completed registration form (below) by mail, fax, or email. Please indicate on your registration form that registration fees will be wired to ISPI. If registering by telephone, we will provide bank transfer information when you register. Otherwise, we will contact you (by email or telephone) with the bank information after receiving your registration.Pay by Purchase Order -- You must submit a completed registration form (below) by mail, fax, email, or telephone. Substitutions
Please notify the Conference Department of any substitutions in writing by as soon as possible. The appropriate rate will be applied to the substitute attendee.
Cancellations and Refunds
A refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) will be given for Conference, Workshop, or Institute cancellations received in writing by ISPI before the start of the event. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the event starts. Cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. |
