The Chapter In A Box is a toolkit designed for chapters of the International Society for Performance Improvement. This toolkit can be used by chapters that have been in existence for many years and would like a refresher on the best practices used to run a successful chapter, or by chapters that are just starting up.
The Chapter In A Box can be downloaded from the following URL. Please note, it is a compressed folder (1.5 mb ZIP file) containing the guide (PDF) and a sub-folder with additional support materials. Please save the file (link below) to your computer, and then right-click to "Extract All."

Each year, the Chapter Partnership Committee hosts the annual Chapter Leaders Workshop (CLW) during the annual conference. This year, the CLW Team’s theme was growing an outstanding chapter and using the Chapter in Box tool as a new resource to guide this growth.
