Join ISPI!
Join ISPI when registering and receive the member rate to attend
the Fall Conference. Please note, member discounts do not take
affect until membership dues are paid. Please join on-line and make
your dues payment before proceeding to the on-line registration page. See How
to Register below.
Membership Dues
Enjoy a one-year membership for $145. If your address is outside the United States,
Mexico, or Canada, add $50 for supplemental postage (which covers monthly Performance Improvement Journal mailing).
Group Registration Discounts
Discounts are available for groups of five or more registering together from the same company or organization. Contact ISPI for more information at 301.587.8570.
Substitutions
Please notify ISPI of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee.
Cancellations and Refunds
A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given for
cancellations received in writing by ISPI
before the start of the event. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after
the event starts. Cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Payment & Purchase Orders
ISPI accepts bank transfers and credit card payments from: VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express.
Pay by Credit Card -- Use the on-line registration form to join today and/or register, or use a print copy and mail, fax, email, or call-in your registration.
Pay by Check -- If you would like to pay by check, please complete a registration form (below) and mail your completed form to ISPI.
Pay by Bank Transfer -- You may call to register or you must
submit a completed registration form by mail, fax, or email. Please
indicate on your registration form that registration fees will be wired
to ISPI. If registering by telephone, we will provide bank transfer
information when you register. Otherwise, we will contact you (by email
or telephone) with the bank information after receiving your
registration.
Pay by Purchase Order -- You must submit a completed registration form
by mail, fax, email, or telephone. Please indicate on your registration form that you have a Purchase Order which requires an
invoice, for example (enter on Credit Card line): PO 123456; Please
