About
the Chapter Partnership Committee
The CPC is a volunteer
committee appointed by the ISPI Board. The 2007-08 committee is led
by Ron Ryan. If you would like to serve on the
committee, send a message to Ron Ryan.
Purpose
of the CPC
The CPC's charter is to maintain and strengthen communication between chapters, leaders, and the Society. The CPC provides guidance and serves as a liaison to forming chapters and charter chapters as they work to establish local networks in support of human performance technology.
Committee Goals: The committee works to:
- Facilitate communication between chapters and the Society.
Do You Know publications (newsletter)
- Develop the leadership skills of local chapter leaders.
- Facilitate connections between and among chapters.
- Support the implementation of Society programs within local chapters.
- Help grow leadership from the chapter level that can become a pool of resources for Society leadership.

Chapter Leader's
Workshop
An annual event
held in conjunction with the annual conference of ISPI. It is free of
charge and participation is open to all past, current, and future chapter

An annual collection
of chapter information such as:
- Membership data
- Demographics
- Program practices
- Sponsorship

A collection of
on-line resources for local chapter leaders.
A place to share chapter leadership information and ideas between chapters.
Chapter
Leaders Discussion Forum
A place for chapter
leaders to find announcements related to CPC activities and to discuss
common concerns.
Chapter-Led
CPT Mentoring Program
The CPC is piloting
a program that was developed by the New Mexico Chapter for mentoring
new CPTs. If you are interested in adding your chapter to the pilot,
contact Stacy Rafter.
Redesign of the
Awards Program for Outstanding Chapters
In conjunction
with redesign of all the ISPI Awards of Excellence, we are redesigning
those for outstanding chapters.
