In 2018, ISPI will embark on twelve months of storytelling…The Story of ISPI. The art of understanding, listening, and telling to compelling and driving change.

ISPI is proud to partner with the Potomac Chapter for our Summer Storytelling Institute. Join us July 21-22 in Washington, DC for a two-day workshop on led by storytelling instructors from Better Said Than Done, to help us learn how to use storytelling to connect with your audience; effectively and memorably communicate your message; and deliver compelling stories for publications, presentations, correspondence, or networking.

Facilitator: Jessica Robinson

Better Said Than Done Founder Jessica Robinson studied filmmaking at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, has been a regular commentator on WAMU, DC’s NPR station, is the author of the novel Caged and most recently has a short story included in the anthology Roar: True Tales of Women Warriors.  Jessica performed her first story in 2007 and has been addicted ever since – performing stories for Story District, Perfect Liars Club, TEDx, SWAN Day, WIFV and any venue or corporate event in need of a great story. She has led storytelling workshops and presentations for INOVA Fairfax Hospital, K4Health at Johns Hopkins University, AAMC, Legal Services of Northern Virginia, SACC, the George Washington University School of Business, PRB, and AHRQ, as well as regularly teaching Better Said Than Done in-house storytelling workshops.
