Please note:

  1. Lifetime Memberships are nonrefundable & nontransferable.

     

  2. Lifetime Memberships carry all benefits, discounts and privileges of an active individual membership in effect at the time of joining, or in the future if new professional benefits are added.

     

  3. Lifetime membership discount rates is based on an individual’s most recent continuously paid annual Gold Level membership to ISPI.

     

  4. Lifetime Membership cannot be downgraded for a regular individual active membership or a sustaining or patron membership.

     

  5. Lifetime Membership is owned by the individual.

     

  6. Lifetime membership grants the holder the same benefits as Gold Level membership.

     

  7. Lifetime Membership fees can be paid over 12 months.
