Guidelines & Criteria for Honorary Award Nominations

ISPI has five special honorary awards that recognize outstanding individuals and organizations for their significant contributions to human performance technology.  Please click on the links below to determine award criteria.
The awards are:

• Thomas F. Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement Award 
• Honorary Life Member Award 
• Distinguished Service Award 
• Geary Rummler Award for the Advancement of Performance Improvement 
• Roger Kaufman Award for Societal Impact

The recipients are recognized each year in conjunction with the Performance Improvement Conference. As done in the past, the membership is asked to submit names of qualified individuals for consideration for the Thomas F. Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement Award and the Distinguished Service Award. Below are the guidelines used for selecting individuals to receive these awards.If you are interested in nominating an ISPI member, please email the following information to awards@ispi.org: 

• Name of Award
• Name, Telephone Number, and Email of Nominee
• Name and Telephone Number of Nominator

• Brief Supporting Information for the Nominee
